I’ve had the opportunity to support RG Miller, a kitchen design company, by developing thoughtful marketing initiatives to boost employee engagement and recruitment. This included designing branded wearables to foster a sense of team pride, as well as planning events such as a contractor cookout to attract and connect with local builders. These efforts helped drive traffic to the kitchen and bath showroom while strengthening relationships within the contractor community.
